Price is strictly dependant on condition of body. Even the slightest bit of rust you see means there is rust underneth that you don't see that is slowly eating away at the car. Take a careful look at the frame rails. Then very very carefully look at the trans tunnel, the shock tower area for signs of rust. Those two spots are known to rust out because the panel is only spot welded on over each other and some sort of plastic goop seals the seam. If that goop went bad or cracked water gets in and rust is almost guarenteed.
That price is already ripping him off.

if the body is in decent condition. then it's well worth what the owner is asking.
when i say "decent" i dont mean that you should go there to see the car and expect it to be MINT. that's just being ignorant and stupid; because after all, the car is an 18 year old car.
it is Canada after all. and winter tires already tells me it was driven thru at least one winter.
