how much more expensive would a 20b conversion be compared to a v8 conversion?

hard to say, but I can tell you that you can mail order a fully assembled and dynoed 450 horsepower small block for less then what a used 20B clip will cost you.

Double the HP, double the torque.

If all those hicks can do the small block swap, it cant be that hard or expensive.

There is a guy that shows up to the auto x here with a black V8 vert. I think he said he was making around 400 hp @ the flywheel.

who can argue with that swap?

Aluminum heads and intake manifold to save weight, looks good to me!

I'd probably do an LS1 if I went the v8 route though.

LS1 is nice, but that carb set up is something you can do for well under $5000.

Well, get to it. You're not getting anything done typing on here. LOL!

I always wanted to swap in a LS1 and the 6 speed tranny. Cheap speed.

because you would want to make sure that such a exotic car retained

a engine from Mazda.
