my 90 n/a keeps blowing the 15a engine fuse,i've changed the main relay,the fuel pump,the cas (because I was getting a code)and also the relay under the dash,so now I get spark but no fuel,when I spray starter fluid in the throttle it starts but quickly blows the fuse,any ideas?

 

most likely there is a short in the injection harness or a wire grounded out time to trace the wires to the ecm.
