need help getting white thing off a 86 gxl

how do you get the white thing under the headlights of a 86 gxl. one side came off because it was broken and i cant get the other side off. are there bolts to it or something? ANY advice.....

The flash-to-pass lens? There should be 2 screws holding it in, nothing complicated or hidden.

and where are these bolts. i see them but they're like weld on to the bumber or metal. do you have to remove the headlights to get the flash to pass thing out because of the bolts?

OR any picture you have on about these. it'll really help.

with the head light in the up position you can easily reach under to get to the nuts, 2 10mm on each lense to be exact. Just look down in there you'll see them not hard at all.
