If the engine is health first, i would get a turbo. I f the engine is tired i would first get a engine rebuild and ported.

It's all about the boost. Not only can you get mad horsepower but you get that really sexy whistling sound. There is no substitute to the turbocharger.

How about a damn -go- fast N/a. I've seen many, many fast (But heavily modified) N/A Rx-7s pushing high 13's or Low 14's It all takes time... practice, and money



Granted any turbo car can get you into the 12's or even 11's But... Not with out more money... more fuel mods and more Time. Plus there's a reliability factor.



I know a guy with a 1st gen, with a 13B.. heavily Bridgeported, running on Dual Webbers



the damn thing beats any stock third gen... by far. Infact he runs a 12.3 at the track



now that aint bad for an N/A The power is there, we just gotta get it out of our little 1.3 L.

If your goal is speed with some streetability, then I'd go with the turbo....
