my tranny is mounted now !

I have the tranny remount on my 7. I'm so happy. I have to run 2 week with a festiva !!! when I d my first ride .. I see a difference in shifting. this is work like new ...

yhea .. For the bearing I didn't use the puller. (because I don't have it.) I use a dremel with a little punch and I got it. An other trick for get the bearing out is to put the maximum grease in the back of the bearing and use a rode with the same size of the internal diameter of the bearing and you smach the rod very hard and the bearing is SUPPOSE to get out !

My puller works well, but the last time I tried to use it it didn't help. I tried pulling the bearing out of a friend's motor--from an A/T car--but he had already removed the bearing before he got it, but he left the shell. The puller wouldn't grab it. So out came the grinder.

i just go to autozone to rent them, you pay 20 bucks and when you bring it back you get your money back, simple easy, basically free :bigok:

you can rent tools at canadian tire, they charge you for the total price of the item and refund you 100% when you bring them back

no puller for that kind of bearing a t canadian tire. thay only have the puller for the flywheel
