My rear end always kicks out....even taking a turn at 15-25 mph! It's very scary...I thought fc's were meant for grip. What am I doing wrong? Am I adding to much gas as I take the turn? Also my tires are very very bald...I did the penny test to check tread and it tells me my tires are illegal and dangerous...

Check all the bushings on your suspension.
