Alrighty so those of you not up to date on my project im doing a complete makeover on my 89 t2... t78, big streetport, wolf3d, coilovers, fc2000 front, full braided system, 890/1600, supernow! billet rails, bla bla bla... anywho it's sorta died down because fedex lost my motor on its way back from getting ceramic coated at JHB Performance, so since ive basically been waiting to get my check from fedex before i do anything the project sorta stalled (i think its been over 2 years total now)

But on sunday the project restarts, gotta travel down to virginia and finally get a motor for the bad boy. And just by chance the motor im buying was built for the same turbo and with pretty much identical internals as i was going to be building my motor with....hell its even painted the same way i was going to be painting mine. so its like a once in a lifetime thing.

But yea once i have it i just need to wait till my new driveway to my new garage is paved so i can bring my car home and get started on installing it all. So hopefully this winter she will finally come alive!

For those who dont know my car here's a quick pic, the rest are in my gallery thing on this forum.

But yea after this i only have to buy my Tein coilovers with edfc, my intercooler piping, line lock, catch cans, water injection, fog lights, e-fan, RB sway bars, the rest of the fc 2000 kit (RE sideskirts and RE rear diffuser). And then the car will be ready to go, then probably next spring i'll begin planning out or working on the interior. so hopefully next year ill get her to 100%.

and thats only some of the parts, i made a *really* big order right after these pics were taken .

Did FEDEX find your parts? Or did you get a check for the proper amount?

markings on the water pump indicate you have been humping it.

Are you buying One320B's motor? If you are I am right around the street from him. You should swing by and have a beer or two. Shoot me a PM if you want to kev.

And good luck, the car is still amazing.

Fedex declared my parts gone for good like a month or more ago. But i found out some more, very detailed info on the situation. and hopefully will be getting my claims waiver soon so that fedex can start processing my check and give me my money.

for the time being im spending my coilover money on a new motor.

Looking pretty good. That will be one hell of a car when you are done.
