yeah it still looks redneck no matter how you look at it. its on an rx7, not a truck, and this looks like the same exhaust that all of the rednecks here have in their trucks, the only difference is that theirs exits behind the wheels. its your car so do what you want, but if you post in public forums be ready for criticism
ok, so it looks redneck, i dont care, if you think that its fine with me, but now i am criticizing your criticism.

you think my exhaust is redneck and i think your comments are ignorant. YOU may not be ignorant but this is the way you are presenting yourself. your comment is no different from me saying "flashy paint jobs are for @iggers." something which is uncalled for. if you dont like it, say so, but try and use some semblance of maturity and intelligence in your comments. many people would probably get pissed off at you for saying that because its rude. and if you said it to some people in person they would probably kick your ***, but you dont have to worry about that on the internet so i guess you feel "ballsier". I dont happen to take offense to your comment. i just find that you could present yourself in a better way. one day when you grow up and get into the professional world, you will realize that comments with flamboyant use of prejudice language are quite unneccessary

its funny that even your assumption about rednecks is incorrect, most guys i would consider rednecks, have it exiting straight out the back in two pipes, while most stock locations put it out the side behind the rear tire (i believe this STOCK spot is the one which you call "redneck"), so that ground clearance is not wasted. the cars i generally think of when i see side exhaust are shelby cobras and corvettes. the new mustangs are often seen with them and now that i think of it, the only trucks i have ever seen with side exhaust exiting in front of the tire are flat-bed work trucks.

i dont know, i am ready for criticism. prejudice comments sometimes bother me, as well as ignorant teenagers. but tell me exactly what makes side-exhaust "redneck" again, because the way you described it is completely innaccurate.

oh i almost forgot, i know of a few other side exit cars: New Viper, most Le Mans style production cars (cant think of the exact title), 90% of pro stock muscle cars

so please, elaborate on the "redneck" aspect of a side-exit exhaust, you have my attention

Pengaru,

true, i did not ask for performance critique, but i did expect some, at least a little more than i got. and who does purely aesthetic modifications???? not me...

Yes it is a slow N/a, oh well, wish i had the money for a faster car right now, but IT is still up in MD with no engine.

you know, if the 'redneck' kicks your *** in person for saying it's redneck, he's just demonstrating the redneck in him...

I did ask a technical question, I asked how come you have

been thru 3 of them. I now know it doesnt scrape, so Im going

to guess you blow them out or you just want to keep trying

different ones because you like making custom pipes?

The ankle burner joke was in tribute to the burnt ankles of many a women that have gotten out of cobras and older vipers, so chill the **** out Mr. Dune . Also, use stainless piping and you wont go through them so often
