alright, been a while since i posted. the dash harness is all put back in and we have put the engine harness back on too. yesterday i went and picked up vaccuum lines and replaced all those cuz lets face it, they were 20 yrs old. i had to splice a few wires over from the jdm harness onto the american one cuz they were cut, we are planning to drop it in tomorow, ill keep pics up and have everyone posted

$300-shell

$1350-motor/tranny

$50-weld on broken shifter

$114-tools, sandpaper and paint

$50-radiator

$35-gauge cluster

$120-dash harness and left side harness

$200-ecu harness

priceless-the patience to put a car together that you didnt take apart

so total of all my receipts right now is $2119, but it'll total $3000 or more because i still have to order my racing beat exhaust monday and i need a battery, and im sure theres a few more little things ill have to buy

speaking of the racing beat exhaust, is it made in only one size? the website says like 3" but ive heard quite a few ppl say full 3.15", is that the same exhaust? thanks

thats going in my sig somewhere, gotta make room, thats my experience with my first FD. never had an FD before and I had to basically assemble the whole engine bay from scratch and parts of the interior, and im not even the one who took it apart lol.

as for the racing beat exhaust....i always thought it was 2.5" lol.

i have one sitting in my garage i could measure it for you but i dont know how old mine is compared to if they have anew one or something.

and that thing was STRIPPED clean. looked like the 89 GXL I had last year. except mine was completely crushed and stripped entirely, doors, hatch, bumpers, etc.

good luck with the rest.
