my key wont turn

While i was getting in my 88 rx7 gxl i turned the steering wheel and it locked up and now the key wont turn at all what should i do?

Try spraying a little wd40 into the cylinder and turn the wheel left and right hard it should free up. if it does not you will need to replace lock cylinder.

I've had this happen on other cars. Just pull the steering wheel hard to one side or the other while trying to turn the key (if one way doesn't work, try the other). Pesky steering column lock.
