Man, props to your tracker, that thing is pretty badass. I don't have a G-tech, but I believe the RROW does have a dyno day in September that I would like to go to.

Do you think the surging could be caused on leaks alone or would that be more in the tps like suggested earlier?

I had left my actuaters off but through them back on again since I didn't know if not blocking them off created a vacuum leak. Unfortunately my o-ring went south, but it seemed like it idled better for the few seconds that it ran. I was going to remove the rods but one of the screws stripped out so I just decided to screw it and leave them in.

Good to hear your making progress. Pulling off the actuators shouldn't cause a vac. leak, just be sure to unhook the line from the exhaust. I fixed my surging idle on the AE by adjusting the idle. It still idles at 1500, it just doesn't surge anymore.

I have a crack in my TID that causes my idle to surge. I've heard that that's a common problem. Dunno, my .02

Well I can get to idle without surging with the crank angle sensor turned all the way counterclockwise. It still idles at around 14-1500 though. It will surge once you put on the gas though, and when you let off it will surge a couple of times and then even out at around 1500. I spent some time adjusting the tps screw and idle speed screw but they did not make a tremendous difference. Oh yeah, and I replaced the o-rings on the injectors.

I am going to mess with it a bit more and see what happens.
