i recently took out my cat and replaced with racing beat down pipe and presilencer....car has become very loud and sounds like exhaust leaks .....friend seems to think its my air pump that is leaking...he said screw it...i dont need it ...clip the belt...which by the way is now on inside out?...dont know if that could be related...it went on the right way... so my question is whether or not i can snip the belt and be ok. thanks e.
