I didnt notice any difference after the lines were installed



maybe my original lines were in better shape then the rest of the people saying they felt a difference?



The rest of my brake system was pretty much new, I took it all off for paint and when I put it back on I put the stainless lines on.



Did you guys do a line change only or was it accopanied by a change of pads and rotors?

At the time I just did the ss lines and the rotors, better to break in new rotors with used pads.

it was probably the rotors that gave the better feel, I felt no diff whatsoever

I dont like to brake in new rotors with old fucked up pads either

The sooner the rotors get the grooves in them the better clamping power the brakes have, more surface area of contact

I thought FD calipers had the same dimensions as the FC ones.



I upgraded my braking system. I went with 929 master, and SS lines. THe pedal was rock solid after that. That and removing the ABS helped too i think

the fd calipers dont clear mah ford wheels, it rubs by the wheel hub. i could grind the caliper but thats too much work
