my fc's brakes have always been mushy, ive bled em, changed the master and it really hasnt done anything to help it. i think my next stop is to do stainless lines and new pads, anyother bright ideas?

the SS lines makes a big difference. Throw those fd calipers on the car too, that and the SS lines will make the pedal response 100% better.

oui, les pneumatiques!

I am just about to do the same on my 88, pads, rotors, ss lines, etc..

i had the same issue with my jeep, the thing took it's time to stop no matter what, finally broke down and did calipers, pads, rotors, ss lines and bleeders and it was like driving a whole new vehicle.

Hoping to get away without doing the rotors on the 88

I agree, they made all the difference for my brakes.

rebuild calipers? maybe have a couple seized pistons or leak inside.
