I found some info just looking around this is just a basic install without putting three boxes in like I have seen like i said i am just looking for a basic upgrade.

This is some info

http://fc3spro.com/TECH/MODS/IGN/cdi.htm

This is the install

http://fc3spro.com/TECH/HOWTO/CDI/cdi.html

After doing some looking around it sounds like going with a inductive upgrade is a better way to go as oppose to a CDI though, so I will probably go with just a MSD 5 box(http://www.msdignition.com/Products/Igniti...r_Ignition.aspx), unless anybody has any more info they want to throw at me.

Thanks

The absolute easiest way to do it is.. call Summit Racing and tell them which components you have and their techs will tell you what goes where. Seriously. Depending on what pieces you have to the MSD ignitions, depends on what color wire goes where. Summits sale reps are morons... their techs are good though..

If you want MSD ignition components; call MSD. Ask for the rotary guy. His name is Drey. dbb@msdignition.com (915)857-5200 ext2234. I called about getting some info and he sent me pictures and diagrams.
