I like to start at 0dc or 5dac...but timing tuning tips can be argued. Line up the first line (red one I believe...my pulley just has marks, no colors) and pull the CAS..line the dot up with the bevelled mark on the gear set...put it back in. That is the last time you'll need to do that...now start the car up and see where timing comes in at. Simply loosen the CAS and turn it until you get the timing set where you want it (in microtech's case, set your timing where you want it, and set timing lock)..
