Did you reground the map sensor also..??? Well i can tell you what I know. The only thinings I did is replace the MAP sensor and And regrounded EVERYTHING. Now no more surging between 1500 and 2000.

wich one is the MAP sensor ground?



i been searching for a way to test the boost pressure sensor, but i cant find one. i might just have to buy one and see if that fixes it...

The Brown/Black wire is the MAP sensor ground wire. If you unwrap the harness you will find that the Brown/Black wire is also the ground for all the engines sensors.



I spliced into the Brown/black wire and ran an extra ground strait to the engine Near the ECU ground. When you reground that wire you reground all the engines sensors...

DAMN IT! re-did all the grounds and changed the MAP sensor. and nothing!!!



i searched very thourough for vacuum leaks and could not find any. but the only place i didnt check was at the injectors. maybe its there...
