haha yea i know.... i was thinkin that but in racingbeat and other online stores they say 13b 6-port so it sounds like its some different version of it. i just wondered y dont they say 13b. i guess they dont want it confused with the name 13b-rew or somethin. and they had a 13b in the 85 gsl-se. but im pretty sure that one was only in japan.

oh yea the 7 idles at like a solid 1500 and if it lowers, it brings itself right back up like it is supposed to be there, when it also lowers it sounds like its about to stall. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683561.gif

but thanx again for the help

"split air pipe", thats the pipe from the acv to the main cat right? with out the air pump you may not have enough pressure in there to actuate the ports.

Yeah, I would get pressure form the air pump if it were an s5 intake manifold , but its an s4 and the actuators get the pressure from the main cat nor presilencer like you said, without the split air pipe on an s4 engine the actuators would have 0 pressure in order to open the 5th and 6th port causing low end at any rpm, problem that i'm having right now well sometimes beacuase sometimes respond like a champ , now if I need it the air pump why i didn't expierence low end and low throttle response before? https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683561.gif

Thx for the replay https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

Have you checked to see if their functioning? Its just a theory, but if the air pump doesnt supply the split air pipe with some pressure, it may not have enough with your free flowing exhaust. I could be wrong though.
