Default Looking for help with a good NA set up

I have a s5 FC and it been neglected pretty bad it needs a rebuild and I’m looking for advice on what parts to use and what to delete and how to make it as cheap as po

you won't know what you need until the engine is apart, and all the parts are cleaned and measured.

get a copy of the FSM: Foxed.ca

if time is not a factor, get your list together and buy what you need in piecemeal (e.g. buy the set of side seals, then your apex springs, etc.) it doesn't defray the cost, but it makes it easier.

get it back together stock before you start deleting things. it will be easier on your troubleshooting process.
