hi I'm not an expert but the millage doesn't seems to be the original. look on the millage picture and take care of the alignment of the number on the speedo..

I don't know if in usa you have a place where you can get the detail about this but here in canada we can get alll the pedigris of the car ...

my 2 cents

i did a car fax report. and as it looks, it looks like it is the orig miles cause back in 96 when someone registered it, it only had 30,900 miles on it. but what sucks is after 10years you dont have to submit the milage to the govt. but it looks to me like it is all orig. trust me man. i know what i am doing, i know what i am looking for.

you would never know my neighboors Super Coupe has 312,000 miles on it, he turns it back every year before inspection.

Most people who turn back thier odometers do some or all of the

following:

1- do it every year before inspection

2-do it before needing major warranty repairs

3-tell the guy doing the state inspection what mileage to put into the computer

4-write down whatever they want when it comes time to register.

Now lets say someone who is smart turned the mileage back every year or did it right before the car was sold, and did in fact sell the car in 1996, the new owner would write down what he believes the mileage to be.

Remember- you can turn back old style odometers like that yourself, and even clock guys get only about $100 to do it anyhow.

My edit: I also found the alighment of the odometer to be questionable.

Sorry for double post, I can't seem to edit my first one.. but, I just thought, the 2's are misaligned, but..maybe that's how the 2's were aligned. I'd understand if it was all jumbled around..I'd drive it around for a few miles..and see where the other 2 ends up.
