Ok, here is my problem, after i drive my car, and stop, it will smoke out iof the engine bay, and from underneath the car, for about 2 minutes, and then stop...

it smells like burning oil,, but i am not loosing any oil pressure, so i don't know.

I put some oil in yesterday, and spilled some ( i know, shouldn';t have spilled) and my buddy said thats it whats smoking, but i drove the car since then for about 130 miles, and it still does it, . i had a clutch hose problem before, so clucthfluid was leaking on my exhaust manifold, but that is fixed now, so, any ideas ???

O i am not loosing coolant either, checked that already, and it don't smell like gasoline.

Thanks in advance

I had the same problem. For me it was the oil metering tubes. the smog pump belt had rubbed a hole through two of them.

If that's your problem, yes but time consuming. Took me about an hour and a half.

if you lay in front of the car you should be able to see them from the bottom. they're four clear plastic tubes behind the belts on the passanger side. Mine would only leak and smoke once i got off the high way or if i was racing.

Based on what you’ve posted the car could be leaking anything from anywhere. It sounds like you’re asking everyone who has ever had a leak from anywhere on the engine what they did. You may wish to concentrate on your leak. Specifically, finding your leak. For starters, drive the car up on ramps, turn it off, drop the belly pan and see for yourself where the oil is burning from. While you’re at it, look at the belly pan and see where it’s wet.

im lost.......... is the car losing oil or just smoking?

if you added oil when was the last time you changed

it? cars tend to burn more oil when they are overdue for

a oil change.

if your car is losing oil then your answer is its leaking, check

the tubes and check the filter base o rings.
