Does the K&N FIPK kit come with all the hardware. does it come with the tube to connect the filter to the throttle body. Because i got mine a while back and all i got was the K&N filter and adapter bracket. they said the full kit was not available.

Yes it does. I have never used it, we should have the regular filter with adapters for sale in the store soon.

go with the specter performace filter at autozone, they look just like k&n and i'm sure the performance is similar...and they are only $20!

To be honest I am not all that sold on K&N's performance increase, I use their filters in all my rigs, but only because of the re-usability. I have never really noticed any performance increase.

I noticed a slight increase. But i will be pissed if there is a full kit for the thing. When i spent a grip on just the filter.

There is a kit I have it listed in the store. Here

you can look it up here: http://www.knfilters.com/FIPK/fipk.htm

It's an adapter and filter and small mounting brackets. What did you pay for the filter?

K&N is bullshit. Compared to a paper element filter it's better but there are other filters that you can get at a fraction of the price that work just as well.
