J Spec Wiring Harness

I have a S5 T2 J SPEC front clip and I am doing an T2 swap into a S4 GXL. Is the wiring harness long enough to reach to the passenger side firewall hole?
Also do I have to use all of the wiring from the S5? Because there is 3 connectors on the engine harness, 2 go to the ECU and one goes to a connector that is in front of the door. Does my S4 have the same connector to hook up to the S5 harness or do I have to use all the wiring that runs behind the dash of the S5 as well to make my car run?
