Well I finally got all my problems fixed and it ran. Stupid me forgot a coolant hose so it kinda went everywhere. Put that back on and its started just fine.

My only question is that there is a very slight vibration and there is a pretty hefty rattle coming from the engine bay. But other than that it was running on its own idling and everything

Completely stock set-up for now. I still need to check the timing and what not.

I have that rattle too. Check the aluminum cover on the bottom of your intercooler.
