its that F*ing buzzer again!

Its in the gauge cluster, look at the bottom of the cluster for a tan box soldered in to the board.

open the door and look for a lil plunger assembly in the door jam somewhere (not sure where on an FC) remove the single wire going to the back side of that plunger. No more buzzer.
