It's Alive!

This week I changed the front cover, oil pan, tore out rats nest, emissions, oil metering pump, put in port matched manifolds, modded TB, pineapple sleeves, new fuel line, water pump, exhaust, etc, etc.
I finally started it today and no fuel, oil, or coolant leaks!!. I was a nervous wreck that it wouldnt start. At first, it would just rev up to about 1500 and die. It did this 3 times. I then went back to check initial timing from Judge Ito's basic timing write up. I aligned the main pulley to 5 degrees ATDC, then matched up the crank angle sensor gear with the shaft and marked the closest tooth under the cap to the right pickup coil inside the CAS. I put the CAS back in and started it. It runs much better but is idling a bit rough and at 500 rpm. I revved it up to 5k and it seems smooth but its still up on stands so the engine is not seeing load.
I'm sure the timing is not perfect so I have to do that with the light. I guess then I should adjust the TPS and idle screw. This is where I'm a bit confused. I cant access the fc3s-pro site for the TPS adjustment for some reason. I saw Rob had mentioned to turn the idle adjust screw on top of the TB a quarter turn, then shut it off and start it back up and see how it is.
Can someone give me the basic TPS/idle adjustment instructions? The car is an S4 NA. I have the multi meter here.
Thanks.

I'll post some pics of the work I did tonight when I get home.
I just took it out for a test run and noticed some things. Let me know if these #'s sound ok. The oil pressure is reading 23 psi at idle and 70 from about 3-6K at WOT (I didnt take it over 6). The oil temp was 175 after a full throttle run of about 3 minutes down this back road. The autometer AF guage read in the lower to mid portion of stoich the whole time (I know its probably not very accurate). It wasn't backfiring and the throttle response especially in the midrange seems much improved. The top end though above 5k doesnt seem to be there. I seriously doubt the auxillary ports are opening. And that Corksport exhaust is downright obnoxious. I dont think there is enough backpressure now to open those ports. I played with the idle adjust screw on top of the TB and no matter what I can't get it to idle above 600 rpm. I still havent messed with the timing or TPS. Please help me there if you know. Thanks. Oh, and still no leaks so its holding up!

I got it to idle finally at around 750. I set the timing perfect according to the FSM and Ito's post. Its running great now except for the 6 ports... I need to either try putting my RP dual exhaust back in or do something else. I really didnt want to wire them open.
