The timming of the intake should be the same. The intake tract feeding to these ports are larger with the Turbo models. Much like various other years of Mazda motors.

I checked today, and it looks like the TII lower intake manifold's primary ports will line up with the NA intermediate housing.

That's what I figured, but I thought I'd warn you anyway. The air inlet for the ACV on a TII is on the lower intake under the primary ports. The NA motor doesn't have the necessary hole.
