The owner states he used synthetic oil since new. That could be the cause for the early rebuild.

I think that car may have suffered a theft, cause that is not the original steering wheel, the whole column has prolly been swapped

Maybe he just went out and bought an S5 TII steering wheel?

It all matters about being at the right place, at the right time, with the right things done. It just takes 1 buyer who's willing to dish out the cash.

I paid $7500 for my TII 3 years ago. It had 53K miles and was spotless. It was bone stock except for a set of custom rims that were tha same size as stock with stock size tires.

The interior was perfect and is still very clean. The car was very well taken care of an garaged. I am the second owner of it.

Was it worth $7500?? No but I let my emotions get the best of me. It was the cleanest TII I had ever seen and I was not letting it pass by. I tried like hell the chew the guy down but he knew what he had and wasn't budging and I wasnt willing to take a chance and let someone else scoop it up. So $7500 it was.
