I am about to remove my stock box and put a cone filter in.... But i need to know the inlet size needed for the breather for the hose that goes to the air pump. Anybody know this off hand car is in the shop and would like to order now.

hmmm, dont know really i think you can get a universal one no?

my air pump is long gone so i couldnt say

My air pump is gone too so I dont have the diameter.



Just pull the hose off your air pump and measure the metal tube coming out of the air pump.... then get a filter to attach directly to that.

Just get a universal one at Orielly or Autozone. I purchased one from the ricer section of O'Rielly. Made by APC, it looks all purty and stuff. Doesn't have to be exact, that's what hose clamps are for.

The metal inlet pipe on the airpump measures 7/8".

make a filter like me . I bought one of those things and it was so restrictive that my aux's and VDI didn't work (I have s5), so I made one out of extra filter paper and a pipe.
