$209.00 is a little much for an intake, I don't think you will get $209 worth of performance.

I have a cone filter, exhaust, blah blah blah. I just don't like the fact that the bottom of my cone filter gets really hot.

your cone filter gets hot ? wait you have the hks one. maybe try the k&n ?

I scrapped the HKS one and put a regular cone filter on there. Only the bottom of it gets hot, so I might just make some sort of heat shield, but I'd still like to get some fresh air into there.

Get a front mount intercooler, then make an airbox up where the stock intercooler is. LOL

That wouldn't pull in much air...not nearly as much as something in the front opening or where the brake ducts are.

Not real sure what it's going to cost as of yet, not a heck of a lot really.



It's going to be jerry rigged to all heck but if it works we will do a better job on the next one.



Wish I had a welder. AH well.
