So how the hell can we tell what seals are bad? its easy to identify which water seals are bad, but what about the rest of them?

doesn't matter. replace them all. the water seals usually get destroyed when you pull the side housings off. You guy's seriously need an engine stand for re-assembly other wise you're going to have a hell of a time with the seals falling out.

maroon driver side a-pillar plastic cover
