One of the main relays supplies B+ to injectors and ECU pulses them on/off at appropriate time by grounding them. I would first see if there is B+ getting to any of the injectors. Since you can't really get to the primaries, I would take off the connector to one of the secondaries and see if there is B+ at one of the two wires at the harness connector going to the injector. If No, you have a power dist problem which you can trace down with a wiring diagram, checking fuses, etc. If Yes, then it is likely the ECU is not grounding either because of a fault with it or one of its inputs. If you're getting spark, I would think that your ECU inputs from you sensors are ok though. But, there still could be problem with the ECU.
