So I went to put in my new injectors and found out that the ones on the UIM require the baskets to be used as spacers so the rail holds them down. My question is do I NEED the primary injector baskets? One went missing so I left both out all together. By baskets I mean the funnel shaped things with o-rings that sit under the injectors. Thanks for any help.

stock injectors or non-stock? i prefer to use the injector diffusers (your "baskets") whenever possible.

I bought 800cc venom injectors. The diffusers were required for the secondaries because they needed the extra spacer so the rail would hold them down tight. Now the primaries went together, now I'm just wondering if I'll have a vacuum leak because of the lack of diffusers on the primaries. I hope it'll be fine.
