"Flocking" sounds pretty cool, I've never heard of that procedure before. Although I have seen some riced out civics and crxs with "carpet" on their dash. I felt like wiping my feet and then sitting in the car the last time I saw that lol.

Heh heh heh...carpet.

nah, its way different. hrmm...what can i compare it to?..... AHH!!! on some asian cars, the inside of the glove box is flocked. I know that on my boss' work car, the Kuh-Kuh-Kuh-Kia, it is.

Or how about those old toys that are non articulate and plasticky, but feel really cool and fuzzy? ring any bells?

I really... really love that lack of a battery box.. I take it you don't have a scattershield either? So between the possibilities of a nice battery acid bath and a intense warm steel enema.. I'd say you have all the masochistic race car driver tendencies covered.. I dig that dash.. don't dig the placement but I guess thats the best thing about race dashes, you decide where you want your **** to go

That battery was there for some test fitting and to get the engine running. I don't run without a battery box. Whats not shown in that old picture is the box that covers the battery. You assume to much dude.

Don't need a scatter shield. Its not a drag car(<-boring stuff to me) and I'm not running extreme RPM's. Right now the engine is a stock S4 N/A with a carb. Not a big need for a scatter shield. Once again your assuming to much.
