If you have your insurance pay to fix your car, your insurance is going to go up because of the accident.



This is why people are advising you to pay out of pocket for the damage on your car.

in your case i think just buying a new bumper and hood with your own money is a much better idea... as for the bars under the hood just bang em as straight as u can with a mallet it wont look as good but it should suffice till u can properly fix it
