they are putting all new parts. the are puting the al hood. all of the dealerships here have body shops. io am not going to that place to get it fixed

Must be a New York thing then, only a handfull of dealers here have thier own body shops, probably something to do with all the regualtions and insurances here.

i know around here it's common practice for a dealer to use a local body shop for work.

yeah most dealers around here dont have body shops, body shops are a big mess to run, because everyone is either dumb/high or non english speaking

They do body work. Since when are they experts on engines and trannies? Tell em to STFU and do the body work.

everything has changed since before. i am going to an actual body shop that is very well known. i think my insurance is also gonna rebuild the transmission. so i am getting all new parts and a new transmission. i hope
