You could swap the turbo II bell housing with the Old school Rx4 bell housing. This will allow you to use the non turbo flywheel, clutch and pp. But easier yet, just swap your NON turbo flywheel set up, to a turbo II flywheel set up. After that your going to need the Turbo II drive shaft.

Just swap the whole drivetrain in, do it right the 1st time. You could keep ur non-turbo pp/flwheel/clutch couldn't you? I don't see why not. It may not be able to handle the power though, especially if u you like to dump the clutch.

You will still need the other bell housing to match the t2 tranny up to the NA motor, the bell housings aren't the same.

the m box (na tanny) has a bell housing cast into the case, it doesn't swap with the rbox (t2), it would be sweet if it did though

Old school Rx4 bell housing is what you need according to ito's post.

you need a different bell housing because the turboii has a larger diameter flywheel, if you use the NA flywheel with the TurboII transmission without changing the bell housing, your starter gear will not mesh with the flywheel...

if anyone has that rx4 bell housing laying around PM me, I wouldnt mind having one in case I break my trans... would hate to have to replace the aluminum flywheel so I can run the TurboII transmission.. it's an expensive part.
