I know the local wreckers have a couple of Series 4's with good hoods here and I am wondering if the hoods are interchangeable???????

they are interchangeable.

You should try find an aluminum one off a vert or turbo car.

I hope to.I think this 89 will look good when its running again with new bumper and hood.Then give it a repaint with wheels.It already has a nice sounding exhaust on it.He even pulled 2 cats out of it when he had the exhaust done on it. :yum:

not all TII hoods are alum some s4 hoods are steel and some vert hoods are steel. just pick them up if they are heavy its steel if its lighter its alum. just cause its a TII hood dose not mean its alum you have to pick it up and find out
