I removed the cover for the bbs wheels on the newish vert, and saw that it needs a lug key to get one of the lug nuts off. But we don't have the lug key. What am I supposed to do to get this thing off?

aditionally, both right signals don't work. Both bulbs are good (I tried them on the left side), and there's a fast ticking sound. I checked all fuses, they're fine. How do I get the right signals back?

smack a socket on the lug nut and try to get it off like that

Im not even sure if there is a flasher for these cars, but look for one in the fuse panel.

the lug nut is round on the outside, it's a female piece. Should I still try to smack a socket on it?

There are flashers on these cars. I had the same problem with mine, its a pretty big unit.

heres an idea for the lugs if it comes down to this, weld an extention for a 1/2 socket on the top of the lug nut.

I guess I'll try to find something to fit in it, or on it.

As for the flasher, where is it located? I might have a functional spare on my parts car.

Bigger wheel and tire shops usually have a big box of the sockets for those locking lugnuts, if there's one nearby go there and see if they've got one to fit.

I took it to a brake shop this morning. I wanted to take this car out of town tomorrow, so I'm just ready to get it done. I told them they can mutilate the lug nut however they want, as long as they have a regular nut to replace it.

As for the flasher thingy, I'll check that out tonight, and see if I can yank the one off my parts car.
