Keep that baby in pristine condition. Everybody already mentioned the mods I would've, so as far as preventative maintanence goes, stick with that. 1,000 bucks won't get you very much, especially if you're looking to "maximize" your N-A's potential....try racking up about 3 more G's.....
Don't abuse her too much, that's for sure. Stick with what'll work, don't push her too hard....besides, verts were made for cruisin! ^_^ |
RX-7 specific wet nitrous kit on SummitRacing.com is $500. Afer completing all of your maintance to the vehicle, this will be your cheapest power adder.

basically it boils down to how much you want to modify the car versus keeping it original. If you do everything very carefully ( which most people dont ) and you can return it back to stock should you want to sell the car then go for it. Otherwise I can tell you that verts sells best stock. You can buy a GXL or any lighter coupe RX7 and you can go nuts with that one, or buy a TII. and as much as you may hate to hear this- never mind the girlfriend, if you start that **** now it will only get worse, unless she is the one who payed for the car, do with the car as you please. |
Find the rust and kill it, then do a tune up ande if you have any $ left buy some fuzzy dice.l

Fuzzy Dice? LOL
