At least theyre still better seats than 90% of new cars.

 

I honestly believe that the interior designer of the FC was in the 6foot + range. I'm a really big bastid....6'4" and about 275lbs (95% fat). And all I need is a D-shaped steering wheel to fit nicely. All FC owners seem to be somewhat tall. Its truly the only car i have ever fit comfortably in.

 

This the thing that immediately turned me off on the RX-8.



I'm 6'0", and fit quite fine in my 88 GXL. No way the back seat option would have worked, though. Seat is full back.



Now the -8, to sit at a comfortable spot, again the seat was back. But even at full back, the shoulder strap was riding VERY hard on my shoulder. It was VERY uncomfortable and distracting.

And the back seat? I tried to sit behind myself, and could not even get my feet back out. May try again when they remove the rear seat. But then that makes the back doors unneeded...

Just bring out a new 7!



It Didn't "Just Feels Right"

 

I'm 6'1. It's kinda tight in my 10 ann. Funny thing though, I have WAY more room in the 1st gen....don't know what that's about

 

6'2" and plenty of leg room and head room in my 86

 

i fit fine with the seat way up and the back of the seat way up so i dont move when corners come cause i tend to take the pretty fast...

 

ok well i finally got to ride for a long period of time in my t2, i'm 6'6", 190lbs-ish, and fit rather nicely...the swapped in 2+2 seats will be impossible to use (wouldnt use them anyway) but i was amazed at the amount of room i have.

I have a 89 GXL, I fit pretty welll... gets a little tight with a helmet on but its all good... its going to be pretty tight though when my roll cage goes in..

 

that info is useless if you dont say your height and weight.
