I have an 88 vert, never seen another one on the road, but in here they seem common.

also everytime i say to a mechanic/parts dealer when i say it is an 88 convertable with a 5 speed they say that they are realy rere and not to mess with it, keep it stock.

what have the rest of you seen about this car?

they are not that rare compaired to a 10ae or a 90gtus. if your goin to mod the car just enginer the modifications so that if the car becomes worth something to a collector you can restore it back to original. i myself try to do things that way but there comes a point when building a car that there is no turning back ya know.

Nah, nothing special really. In most states aside from CA, NYC, Jerzee, you won't see that many rx-7's. I've only seen two while in town, and I pass one that is sitting in a driveway on my way to work.
