How Much Camber From Ground Control Plates?

Ok so I installed my ground control plates. I pretty much maxed them out (ie the slider just touches the lip of the shock tower. Caster is at 5.2 degrees positive. But front camber is only at -1.1 degrees. I'm at about 25 inches +/- .25" due to corner weighting on the front ride height measured using 225/50/16 tires on stock wheels. I run the ISC racing bilstein race insert shocks in the stock shock housing. I have a 10" spring that is 400 lbs/inch.
Is this all i'm going to get? Even if i do hack up my shock tower there is only abuot 1/4" of adjustment left on the slider before it bottoms out on the bottom plate.

When I designed the plates for my car, I tried to get as much movement as I could. I am maxed out at 1.2. I would assume the GC units to be very close to my findings. You can also get units where you cut the top of the pillar out and weld the new ones on if you need more.

They worked flawlessly on the race track on my car. I did not get the custom valved ones for a 400 and 250 lb spring. My fellow competitor with a 89TII all preped and a class leader with tockicos also did very well when I rode in his car.
Honestly I don't know how good the bilsteins are compared to say another shock. I'm not experienced enough to tell since I can not comapre to others, and driver ability is the limiting factor on the car and not the race parts.
The one thing u have to keep in mind, you can't adjust compression or rebound on teh bilstein. You get whatever you valved or whatever the factory came from.
I did mark down all the part numbers for the bilsteins, so if you want I can give you the part numbers, you can just buy the bilstein inserts from a bilstein retailer and the rear shock. Buy some generic collars from racerpartswholesale or pegasus racing and you woudl have a setup 300 to 500 dollars cheaper than buying it straight from a race shop.
I would go with the koni double or koni yellow. I have heard that koni don't take abuse as much as say the bilstein, since the bilstein is a true monotube shock. Are koni's? I don't know. I'm not 100% happy with my setup for the price I paid, I expected more and better workmanship...

James Mewett's black FC is so low to teh ground it's ridiclous, he has more camber than me and is only using 1/2 the adjsutment of his ground control plates. He has like -2 i believe. I'm not sure how he is getting anymore.
Right now i'm scratching my head as to what to try to get more...

I went to get my car aligned, and they told me they wont adjust the camber for 75 dollars bc it is such a pita on 7's. My rear is horrible on one side and perfect on the other. I know i need to go threw everything since it is old.
Anyone have any tips as to where to start?

Rear camber can not be adjustment independantly. How do you know one side is perfect compared to the other? You sure youdon't have a bent suspension or subframe?

I'd like to clarify for 2 cents Alex!.
Rear camber cannot be adjusted indepently with the stock setup.
