how to change oil cooler lines?

so both of the oil cooler lines were cut on the engine i picked up for my 10ae, but i can only see where the front line is, how do i get to the rear line and reattach it w/o taking the motor out? thanks

The rear cooler line is at the back lower portion of the engine below the Filter about 10".
I think it's a 23mm banjo bolt.
