I want to paint the hotside of my turbo, the highest temp paint i could find was 1200 degree flat black.

Will this hold up for very long? Or is there a better method of doing this?

Thanks

You may want ot look into Jethot coating, although you cannot do it yourself, it does work very well.

Hey Mike, do the 2000 degree ceramic coatings burn off as well?

Jet Hot has a warranty on their coatings and I would surely imagine companies like Swain do as well. It is funny how neither manufacturer specifically lists what their warranties are, or at least that I could find on their sites.

Jet Hot lists a coatings good up to 2,450 degrees F in a matte gray finish. If it were me, I would probably try Swain, as I have heard and read nothing but good about their coatings.
