I have one built by Albert Mets who owns Rotary Engineering out of Cali. He takes a Holley 600 and adds a Weber powerplate to use weber jets. Apparently to ease in tuning. He is either AWOL or ingnoring his customers (or just me) and I cannot get this thing jetted correctly. Something with air bleeds at this point. Does ANYBODY have any leads on these weber Power Plates? Or anybody running a set up by Albert or Rotary Engineering? Or anything related to tuning a holley correctly for the rotary? I'm at my wits end. The thing is running too rich and has a low RPM stumble. All Carb related.

This is not a Racing Beat set up.

Thanks gents, any help is appreciated.
