ok i understand Ti exhausts for motorcycles. They last shitloads longer than carbon and are still shitloads lighter than stainless or aluminum.

Why the hell would you want to spend a ton of money on a Ti system for a car? i doubt you will feel the car faster compared to a Stainless system because of the weight drop....looks to me like they just dont know what else to do to get stoopid little ricers to spend mami and papi's money. im afraid to see how much that **** costs.

Only the muffler is titanium. The rest of the system is stainless steel. I would say that the main appeal is the 4" tubing. ON cars with big turbos it will definitely make a difference. They only make it for RX-7s and Supras.

No, that exhaust is downpipe back. It's a midpipe and cat back all in one. The weight saving isn't a big deal, but the 4" piping is nice. You can always make your own 4" exhaust for alot less. You can get piping and bends for about $100-150 and a Borla XR-1 for $130. Adding a 2nd XR-1 right after the downpipe would probably be a good idea. So for about $400 and some welding you can be the proud owner of a fancy chunk of metal.
