ok when I rev my car up high it makes a hissing sound around the turbo (AND NO ITS NOT THE TURBO SPOOLING UP), what could it be? A vaccum line leaking? If it is which line do you think it is, and could it be the problem why my boost gauge doesnt work?

If your setup is stock, check for cracks in the rubber hoses and loose clamps.

 

its about time you do a hose job....... take the upper intake manifold off, and replace every single rubber hose with silicone. replace each hose one by one

If your boost gauge doesnt work, the first place i would look is the Boost Sensor. Passenger side shock tower (LHD cars)
