I have looked all through my favorites but I can't find the how to instructions on changing the bushings in the gearbox for the Second Gen. Does anyone know where this can be found.

Thanks

I did that, but I didn't change the very bottom boot (round to square). How do you change that one, or do you have to remove that big ol' metal bracket, after removing the shifter surround?

oh, god yes...assuming the old ones are bad, it makes a world of difference....before I did mine, there was play all over the place, and I needed a third arm to get it into 5th...now it's very firm, and moves right where it needs to be
